Chef Tom LOVES to cook and create in the Coohills’ kitchen. Any special requests, whether they be gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or“you-name-it” will be happily accommodated.

Coohills welcomes walk-in guests and we accept reservations.  In fact, we suggest reservations for groups of 6 or more.

Dining alone? Take a seat at our community table and enjoy the camaraderie, a cocktail, conversation and made-from-scratch meal. And, nothing whets the appetite more than watching our chefs work in the open kitchen from the Chef's Counter.

If guests are coming from I-25 North:

Take the Auraria Parkway Exit

Turn Left onto Speer

Turn Right onto Wewatta

Coohills will be on the Right hand side and the parking garage will be the next Right down the alley way.

If guests are taking I-25 South:

Take the Speer exit

Turn Left onto Wewatta

Coohills will be on the Right hand side and the parking garage will be the next Right down the alley way.

If guests are coming from 15th Street (Downtown):

Take 15th Street all the way to Wynkoop

Turn Left onto Wynkoop

Take the next Right and the parking garage will be down that alley way
